 BioSieve
This mega-sized sieve incorporates a 495mm wide stainless-steel screen making it one of the largest on the market with extra capacity to cope with high flows and the ability to add a second inlet.
It is the ideal replacement for gravity fed vortex and brush chambers acting as an efficient pre-filter for BubbleBeads or other biological filters, and helps to aerate water in the process. It can even act as a biological filter with the addition of buoyant biomedia.
The BioSieve is a unique filter based on the combination of an EstroSieve and
moving bed filter. Besides an entirely new impermeable flap mechanism, the BioSieve is constructed solely from one piece, meaning no seams or adhesives holding it together. As a result this may easily be buried without worry of damage.
The BioSieve is a gravity fed system with a 110mm entrance for the water to allow for a maximum flow rate. A screen element is also included in the system to allow for any dirt or organic particles to be easily stopped and removed from your water system.

 Cetus Sieve
The Cetus sieve is a totally new, bow screen pre-filter, made using the latest rotational molding technology. With all of its benefits and build quality, The Cetus sieve is undoubtedly the best of its kind on the market today, regarding quality and performance!
The Cetus sieve is designed to efficiently and effectively remove large amounts of mechanical waste from a pond. The Cetus sieve can be set-up gravity OR pump fed and has many benefits over the original bow screen technology.
This Cetus sieve has a variable inlet height using the unique patented Pondflow regulation system – for use when gravity fed. This allows water levels within the pond to drop without causing the circulating pump to be starved of water.
 The Cetus sieve will allow a skimmer or a bottom drain to accept vast amounts of waste without excessive cleaning needed to be carried out. The water must then be pumped to either a normal filter above pond level (Nexus Eazy/Eazy Pod) or to a pressurised filter.
If pump fed, the Cetus Sieve is placed above the ponds water level and then the exit water is gravity dropped into you main filter. It is advised that all pressurised filters be pre-filtered using a Cetus Sieve to reduce excessive backwashing and maintenance due to heavy solids.

 Compact Sieve
The compact Sieve is a pump fed System and gravity return to pond, this unit can be used as a pre filter for ponds or can be used with a pond skimmer.
The Compact sieve can be used for primary mechanical waste removal, such as a particle remover directly next to the pond or to a waterfall/stream return to the pond, or a mechanical particle waste pre-filter before surface mounted biological stages.
This unit can be connected to an existing pumped pond skimmer system. The unit must be mounted above pond water level.
This unit could be connected to a pond vacuum cleaner and the returned water from the vacuum cleaner can be fed into the input hose tail via a T-piece or directly. For extra particle removal and saving your precious matured pond water.

- Stainless steel sieve: 24.5cm wide, 40cm long, and has slots of 250 micron.
- Pumping speed up to a max of 2000 gallons p/h.
- Output and overflow are 75mm push fittings.

 Estro Sieve
The Estro Sieve is capable of efficient removal of particles from pond water, yet it only takes up a fraction of the space of typical vortex units or brush chambers.
Water-flow constantly rinses dirt off the main section of the sieve element, and so reduces blocking. By lifting out dirt particles and retaining them above water level, less nutrients dissolve in the water, and algae growth can be reduced.
There is also the added benefit of high levels of aeration as the water passes through the sieve. This makes the EstroSieve ideal for use as a pre-strainer before pumping to an external filter (e.g. a BubbleBead filter). The unit can alternatively be used following other forms of filtration, to provide a final polish to the water.

 Pond Sieve
The Pond Sieve is a simple to use and effective mechanical pre-filter for pressurised filtration systems and surface skimmers.
It is essential to use Pond Sieve in front of any type of pressurised bead filter to help prevent the necessity of excessive backwashing or clogging of these types of biological filters.
The Sieve is simply connected to either the bottom drain line or a skimmer line and is set 50mm above the water surface of the pond.
The Pond Sieve utilises a 300 micron screen and the flow is regulated by a new floating weir system 'Pondflow' (patent pending no. 102279) which overcomes the reliability and installation problems often associated with this type of product in the past.

 Ultra Sieve II
The UltraSieve II is a pre-filter to filter waste solids from the water. This technique is based upon the sieve-bend. A sievebend consists of hundreds of razor sharp stainless steel profile wires with very small slot openings where the water can go through but the solids stay on the sieve bend.
The UltraSieve II is based on the very successful UltraSieve but now with a fully patented automatic adjustment!
How it works:
Pond water will flow over the top of the auto-adjustable dam. This dam is connected to the floater so its height is automatically adjusted. This system will provide that the exact amount of water that is pumped out the filter will enter the filter on the inlet.
This has a number of big advantages in comparison with other sieve filters:
- Multiple, or bigger, inlets are possible (standard 2 x 110mm!).
- The upper edge of the UltraSieve must only be 1 cm above the water level.
The UltraSieve II is ideal for use as pre-filtration/solids removal prior to Bakki Showers, BubbleBead filters or indeed any other pump fed filtration system where solids removal is required. |

 The New Ultrasieve III
A few years after the introduction of the successful Ultrasieve II it has now been superceded by the mark III.
The most important features are improved flow regulationand the new waste outlet which have fine tuned the overall performance.
The total size is now more compact so the unit occupies less space.
How It Works:
Pond water will flow over the auto-adjustable dam (A). The dam is connected to the float so that it's height is automatically adjusted. The system will ensure that the exact amount of water pumped out of the filter will enter the filter on the inlet.
Underneath the screen the unit now has stabilizers to prevent expansi on when the unit ,accidentally, totally fills with water.
The Ultrasieve III comes with a pump connection of a 2" male threaded adaptor. The waste outlet is fitted with a 90/110mm slide valve.
