 Key features of the “Compact Series” (suitable for pump supply only) are the small footprint when space is restricted, coupled with the innovative design concept of incorporating an integral vortex style cavity for the settlement of solids – thereby reducing maintenance.
Filtration mediums comprise of multi foam layers offering both mechanical and biological attributes, with high performance “Aquarock” forming the foundation for a biological bed for colonisation from beneficial bacteria. This range can also be used as a superb separate system for connecting to a skimmer unit. All units are supplied with a timber slatted lid, together with waste valve set.

 The PSS1 and PSS2 models are stand alone modules based on Cloverleaf’s existing VH2/1 and VH3/1 pumped fed “Compact Range” filter units.
These 2 filters can be used in various applications including solely on their own, linked to a surface skimmer device, or connected into an existing pump fed multi bay filtration system. On the latter setup any existing vortex bay should thereafter be converted into a biological bed. |
