Kusuri Eco Pure

Kusuri Eco Pure Inhibits blanket weed, flocculates particle matter, increases water clarity, and degrades sludge.

Since Kusuri Eco Pure was launched five years ago the response has been overwhelming! Many pond keepers with blanket weed problems have reported that they are now well in recession. Kusuri Eco Pure is a biological product that has beneficial strains of denitrifying bacteria bio-fixed to a dense powder catalyst.

Kusuri Eco Pure added weekly will reduce blanket weed by reducing it's food source. Bacteria coat the blanket weed, starving it of food - this will initially break up long strands. Every pond is different! In some ponds Kusuri Eco Pure can work in 2 weeks, most ponds can take 4 - 8 weeks. Use Kusuri Eco Pure early in the season - do not wait for it to grow, in other words use it in a regular preventive approach.

Treatments:

Using the measuring cup supplied, add 1 or 2 heaped cups (50gms) per 1000 gallons of pond water. Mix measured quantity into a bucket of pond water. Stir, then apply around the ponds edge on a weekly basis. Ensure that all the powder and granuals are added to the pond.

The pond may go cloudy for a few hours and some particles may settle on the bottom, this is normal and will dissipate in time. For particularly bad areas of blanket weed growth the dry powder can be added directly to side walls allowing the powder to entangle onto the blanket weed growth. This is not an instant result, Kusuri Eco Pure works by bacterial and enzyme action and will be dependent on temperature and pH factors etc.

Note:

You cannot overdose with Kusuri Eco Pure. It can be used 3 or 4 times a week if required for extreme cases. As the beneficial bacteria is bio-fixed to the nutrient powder there is no need to turn off any UV equipment. Use as little or as much as you like, depending on the severity of the problem.
